1、联合固定技术治疗離骨粉碎性骨折的临床探讨郑秋涛苏立新梁卫东赵小明李立东曹晓强宗双乐唐山市第二医院创伤骨科摘要:目的探讨克氏针、张力带、钢丝环扎、可吸收丝线缝合联合固定技术治疗濮骨粉碎性骨折的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2010年6月一2015年5月唐山市第二医院收治并成功随访的32例離骨粉碎性骨折患者。其中男性20例,女性12例;平均年龄44.5岁(19”5岁);左侧10例,右侧22例。致伤原因:摔伤10例,道路交通伤15例,高处坠落伤7例。所有患者均采用切开复位克氏针、张力带、钢丝环扎、可吸收丝线缝合联合I古I定技术治疗。结果32例术后均获得随访,时间1228个月,平均19.5个月,所有骨折
2、全部骨性愈合。按照B9stman膝关节评分标准评定,优16例,良12例,差4例;优良率87.5%o结论克氏针、张力带、钢丝环扎、可吸收丝线缝合联合固定技术治疗離骨粉碎性骨折,固定牢固,简单实用,术后可早期行膝关节功能锻炼,减少术后并发症的发生,疗效满意。关键词:離骨骨折;手术;内固定;作者简介:宗双乐,E-mail:zongshuangle@163.com收稿日期:2016-08-05ClinicalanalysisofcombinedfixationinthetreatmentofcomminutedfractureofpatellaZHEPTCQiu-taoSULi—xinLIANGW

7、rativccomplicationsandhavegoodcurativeeffect.Keyword:patellnrfracture;surgery;internalfixation;Received:2016-08-05離骨骨折是临床常见的骨折,占全身所有骨折的1%左右,且20〜50岁人群居多111,其屮男性发生率约为女性的两倍也。離骨是膝关节的重要组成部分,由于離骨位置靠前且紧贴皮下,对维持膝关节屈伸活动时高效
