1、天津公馆售楼中心设计DesignofthesalescenterofTianjinResidence河西区解放南路与绍兴道交口,天津公馆位于天津CBD核心地段AtthejunctionofJiefangnanRoadandShaoxingRoadinHexiDistrict,TianjinResidenceislocatedatthecenteroftheCBD.外观Appearance天津公馆建筑立面以ARTDECO艺术风格为创作导向，所以在售楼处的设计强调历史背景和多元化的风格，在平面的布局上我的设计以说故事性来诠释，从售楼处以低调不张扬的外观和周围的环境融合一起，建材
2、上使用海贝石和炭烤木、沥青瓦、青石板、锻铁和3米3高的大木门营造出天津小洋楼的尊贵。TheappearanceofTianjinResidenceisdesignedinthestyleofARTDECO,sothedesignofthesalescenteremphasizeshistoricalbackgroundanddiversity.Inrelationtotheplanelayout,mydesignisdemonstratedintheformoftellingstories.Theplainappearanceofthesalescentermatchesw
3、ellwiththesurroundingenvironment.Asforconstructionmaterials,thedignityofTianjinwesternbuildingsisexhibitedbytheuseofshells,carbonwood,asphaltshingles,castironanda3.3-meter-highwoodengatealltogether.玄关Vestibule在进大门后的玄关厅我设计了“落叶归根”，想讲述成功人士来到此处犹如找到家的感觉，工艺上用水泥磨平拉企口线再用法国胡桐叶做机理面浇环氧漆，不紧在造价上不高而能有返朴
