1、·论著·2013年12月第2O卷第34期体外冲击波对大鼠冈上肌腱止点损伤重建后腱一骨愈合进程的影响朱从亚周海斌z1.江苏省盐城市第一人民医院(城南医院)骨科,江苏盐城224005;2.苏州大学附属第二人民医院骨科,苏州215004f摘要】目的研究体外冲击波能否促进大鼠冈上肌腱止点重建后腱一骨界面的愈合进程。方法将健康雄性SD大鼠(35只)随机分为干预组(体外冲击波,16只))和对照组(16只),剩余大鼠备用。建立冈上肌腱止点重建动物模型后,干预组(冲击波)术后次日始,予以冲击波连续治疗7d,1次/d;
2、对照组不接受冲击波治疗。于术后7、l4、28、56d分别取4只大鼠损伤重建侧肱骨头标本,行不脱钙切片、染色(HE)、镜下观察(200x),比较两组各时间点腱一骨交界区组织结构变化趋势。结果干预组腱一骨界面愈合过程较对照组快2~4周。结论体外冲击波可加快大鼠冈上肌止点重建后腱一骨交界区组织愈合进程。f关键词1肩袖损伤;腱一骨愈合;体外冲击波;病理学分析【中图分类号】R一33【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1674—4721(2013)12(a)一0010—03Theinfluenceofextracorpo
