2、000)【摘要】目的比较放疗同步XELOX与放疗同步XP方案治疗局部晚期胃癌的近期疗效及不良反应。方法将9O例局部晚期胃癌或胃食管交界腺癌患者随机分为奥沙利铂组与顺铂组，两组皆给予常规分割调强放疗，在此基础上，奥沙利铂组给予XELOX方案，顺铂组给予XP方案。放疗结束后4～6w复查CT，比较两组近期疗效、KPS评分、疼痛缓解率及不良反应发生率。结果奥沙利铂组KPS评分改善率明显高于顺铂组，而疼痛缓解率差异无统计学意义；两组不良反应主要包括白细胞减少、贫血、血小板减少、恶心、呕吐、纳差、腹泻、外周神经毒性及手足综合征，且以I、Ⅱ度为主。奥沙利铂组I度
