2、CR分型系统，分析肠道多重耐药定植菌与感染茵基因的同源性。结果选取4对多重耐药定植茵与患者入院时临床标本分离出的相同多重耐药茵进行同源性检测，2对有同源性、2对无同源性；选取4对多重耐药定植茵与患者医院感染临床标本分离出的相同多重耐药菌进行同源性检测，4对均有同源性。结论Icu患者多重耐药定植茵与感染菌基因具有同源性，多重耐药定植菌可以引起医院感染的发生，临床上应加强多重耐药定植茵患者的管理。关键词：多重耐药菌；医院感染；基因D0I：10．3969／．．issn．1673—4l3O．2O14．16．007文献标识码：A文章编号：1673—4130(2
