2、酸右旋糖苷(dextransulfate，DS)对人胃癌细胞腹腔种植转移和VEGF表达的影响。方法采用细胞培养，建立动物模型，将108只裸鼠随机分为对照组与实验组两组，在注射胃癌细胞的同时分别注射生理盐水与Ds。剖腹观察腹腔种植的癌结节数量，应用免疫组化和RT—PCR法检测VEGF蛋白及mRNA的表达。结果实验组癌结节数明显少于对照组(P<0．001)，免疫组化和RT—PCR检测结果均显示实验组VEGF蛋白及mRNA的表达量明显小于对照组。结论Ds可以抑制VEGF的表达并有可能通过抑制其表达降低胃癌的腹腔种植转移。关键词：胃肿
