6、odandcalculatedusingPracticalPharmacokineticProgramVersion87/97.RESULTS:TheHILIC—UPLCassaywasvalidatedwiththe1inearrangeof0.12—100g-mL~andalowerlimitofquantitationof0.12lag‘mL~.Itsaccuracy,precision,recovery,andstabilitywerewithinacceptable1imits.TheAUCr0-、
7、(whereAUCistheareaundertheplasmaconcentration-timecurve)valuesweredeterminedtobe(4066.83±1244.41)and(3544.29±908.80)min‘g·mL~afterTrwasorallyandintravenouslyadministered,respectively.Itwasf4566.75±1435.64)min·ug·mL~afterMECBwasorallyadministered.Theabsolute
