2、5)。两组患者组间与组内在白细胞、血红蛋白指标上无显著性差异(P>0．05)，而在红细胞、血小板指标上存在显著性差异(=6．639，P<0．05；=6．587，P<0．05)。两组患者临床毒副反应方面存在显著性差异(P<0．05)。结论CAG方案联合参麦注射液对老年急性白血病具有良好的疗效。临床治疗时需对年龄偏高和免疫力低下的患者缩减用量，同时注重护理和感染防护等，以提高疗效、延长患者的生存期。关键词：老年急性白血病；参麦注射液；化学治疗中图分类号：R285．6：R286文献标识码：A文章编号：1006—4931(2014)17—0088一O2Clini
