2、、肝脏、脾脏、肺、肾、脑、胃、大肠、小肠等组织，采用高效液相色谱法测定干姜成分SJ姜酚、SJ姜烯酚、UJ姜酚在脾胃虚寒给药组大鼠和正常给药组大鼠体内各组织中的浓度，并计算药动学的相关参数。结果在脾胃虚寒给药组中，P种成分的量以胃、小肠、肝、肺中浓度最高；在正常给药组中，以胃、肾、小肠、大肠、肺中浓度最高。在胃、小肠等消化器官中，脾胃虚寒给药组的浓度明显高于正常给药组。结论干姜主要成分分布以归脾、胃、肺、肝等脏腑为主经，与传统干姜归经理论基本相符。关键词：脾胃虚寒；SJ姜酚；UJ姜酚；SJ姜烯酚；组织分布；归经中图分类号：oOURKR文献标志码：A文章编号：M
