1、山东医药2010年第50卷第29期全反式维甲酸对鼻息肉术后囊泡上皮细胞PCNA和FasL表达的影响陈军¨。宣永华,刘光艳,马泓智。,卫丽霞(1滨州医学院附属医院,山东滨州256603;2滨州职业学院;3北京同仁医院)摘要:目的探讨全反式维甲酸(ATRA)对鼻息肉术后术腔组织增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)及FasL表达的影响。方法鼻息肉手术患者5O例,随机分为ATRA组25例(术后采用ATRA治疗)和囊泡组25例;另选择鼻中隔偏曲矫正手术患者下鼻甲组织l5例作为对照组。取三组患者鼻黏膜上皮标本经石蜡包埋,HE染色,采用免疫组化方法行PCN
2、A和FasL蛋白的检测。结果ATRA组、囊泡组、对照组PCNA蛋白表达的光密度值分别为1.61±0.2、4.84±0.2、2.41±0.2,FasL蛋白表达则分别为3.35±0.2、6.56±0.2、2.16±0.2。ATRA组与囊泡组比较,PCNA及FasL蛋白表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或<0.05)。增生组织上皮细胞PCNA蛋白与FasL蛋白表达呈明显的正相关(r=0.834,P=0.O11)。结论ATRA可以抑制鼻息肉术后囊泡上皮细胞的增殖活性,该机制可能与其下调上皮细胞FasL表达,进而诱导了囊泡上皮细胞的凋亡有关。
