3、gprocess,clientlists,workingplans,managementdecisions.Informationnotincludedshallalsobedeemedasnon-disclosureinformationatPartyA’sspecificrequest.1.2PartyBshallnotinanyway(includingbutnotlimitedtowaysofdirectly,indirectly,orallyorinwriting)disclosenon-disclosureinfo
4、rmationtoanynon-relatedthirdparty.1.3PartyBshallnotmakeuseofnon-disclosureinformationforprofitortradethenon-disclosureinformationtoanythirdpartyforproductionorbusinesspurpose,neitherPartyBisallowedtomakeuseofthenon-disclosureinformationforthepurposeotherthanwork-rel
5、ated.1.4Whentheinternends,PartyBshallreturn、destroyordeleteallthenon-disclosureinformationandmaterialsattherequestofPartyA.PartyBshallnotcopy、print、keep、publicizeorreleasethenon-disclosureinformationandmaterialinanywayormethod.1.5IncasePartyBdiscloses、usesorallowsot
6、herstousethenon-disclosureinformationagainsttheAgreementhereof,PartyBshallbeliableforallthelossanddamagesthuscausedtoPartyA.II.ConfidentialityTermThisAgreementshallbeeffectiveuponsigningand/orchoppingbybothPartiesandtheConfidentialityshalllastfor3yearscommencingthee
7、ndingdayoftheinternship.I.DisputeresolutionIntheeventofanydisputesarisingfromthisAgreement,eitherPartymaysubmitsuchdisputes,withinoneyearaftertheoccurrencethereof,tothecompetentlabordisputearbitrationcommitteeforarbitration.IntheeventthatanyPartydisagreesuponthedeci
