1、酒精性肝硬化并发细菌性腹膜炎影响因素研究　　[摘要]目的对导致酒精性肝硬化并发细菌性腹膜炎发生的危险因素进行分析，以更好的防治酒精性肝硬化后细菌性腹膜炎的发生。方法对湖北省十堰市茅箭区人民医院2010年1月～2013年7月收治的33例并发细菌性腹膜炎的酒精性肝硬化及33例未并发细菌性腹膜炎的酒精性肝硬化患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，分析导致酒精性肝硬化并发细菌性腹膜炎发生的危险因素。并对导致危险因素与酒精性肝硬化并发细菌性腹膜炎的相关性进行分析。结果观察组年龄、病程、住院时间、饮酒量均明显高于对照组。年龄、病程、肝功

2、能Child-Pugh分级、住院时间及日常饮酒量均为导致酒精性肝硬化并发细菌性腹膜炎的危险因素，且与其存在线性相关关系。结论年龄、病程、肝功能Child-Pugh分级、住院时间及日常饮酒量为酒精性肝硬化并发细菌性腹膜炎的危险因素，我们应该采取针对性的预防措施进行干预，以改善患者的预后。[关键词]酒精性肝硬化；细菌性腹膜炎；危险因素[中图分类号]R575.2[文献标识码]B[文章编号]1673-9701（2013）34-0047-03Influencefactorsofalcoholiccirrhosis8patien
