1、第33卷第3期2016年5月土木工程与管理学报JournalofCivilEngineeringandManagementV01．33No．3May2016城镇化进程中失地农民满意度郑生钦，姜辉，贺庆，闫小波(山东建筑大学管理工程学院，山东济南250101)摘要：失地农民对政府征地的满意度是关系城镇化建设能否顺利推进的重要因素。文章构建以农民预期、公平感知、质量感知为前因变量，以失地农民满意度为结果变量的满意度结构方程模型。以济南市失地农民作为调查对象，通过问卷调查获取满意度影响因素的相关数据，对假设的结构方程满意度模型进行实

2、证分析，确定影响失地农民满意度的关键因素。结果表明，质量感知是对失地农民满意度影响最大的变量，其影响系数为o．70，其次，农民预期对失地农民满意度不产生直接影响，通过质量感知对其产生的间接影响为0．58，公平感知对失地农民满意度的影响最弱，其直接和问接影响之和为0．41。提出通过改善质量感知、合理农民预期、提高农民公平感等途径提升失地农民满意度的具体措施和建议。关键词：城镇化；失地农民；满意度；结构方程中图分类号：TU984文献标识码：A文章编号：2095-0985(2016)03-0061-06Land-lostFarmer
