2、·oH)的清除效果,为充分开发利用小飞蓬的药用价值奠定基础。【方法】用乙醇浸提法提取小飞蓬多酚,采用单因素试验与正交试验优化乙醇浓度、浸提温度、浸提时问、料液比等提取工艺参数,并探讨小飞蓬多酚对·0H的清除作用。【结果】各提取因素对小飞蓬多酚提取效果的影响顺序为:乙醇浓度>料液比>浸提时间>浸提温度,最佳提取工艺参数为:乙醇浓度50%,浸提温度70℃,浸提时间60min,料液比1:20。当小飞蓬多酚浓度为o.3mg/HlL时,对·oH的清除率可达35%。【结论】在最佳提取工艺条件下小飞蓬多酚的提取率可达12.751m
