2、812;4岑巩县动物疫病预防控制中心,贵州岑巩557800)摘要:【目的】分析评定思州鸡蛋品质及营养价值,为开展思州鸡选育及其种质资源的开发利用提供参考依据。【方法】随机选取相同条件下放牧饲养的思州鸡蛋30枚,进行鸡蛋品质及营养成分分析。【结果】思州鸡蛋的平均重、蛋形指数、蛋壳厚度、蛋壳强度、蛋比重及哈氏单位分别为50.499、1.35、0.38rtlrfl、3.75kg/cm2、1.08g/cm3和72.75,蛋黄、蛋清和蛋壳比例适中,粗蛋白、粗脂肪和水分含量分别为14.10%、14.16%和72.85%,钙
