1、河南大学学报(医学版)2014年5月第33卷第2期129心力衰竭血钠水平对RAAS及BNP水平的影响王玉东,任松涛,蔡青云(驻马店市中心医院急诊科,河南驻马店463000)摘要:目的研究心力衰竭患者血钠水平与血浆肾素一血管紧张素一醛固酮系统(RAAs)及脑钠肽之间(BNP)的相关性。方法选择我院收治的122例心力衰竭患者,根据血钠水平分为对照组(血清钠离子浓度<135mmol/L,57例)和观察组(血清钠离子浓度≥135mmol/L,65例),对2组患者的肾素(PRA)、血管紧张素(Angn)、醛固酮(ALD)及BNP水平进行比较分析,并对血钠水平与An
