3、srecentlybeendetectedindogs.Inthisstudy,weexaminedwhetherBCoVwascapableofinfectingandexhibitingpathogenicityindogs.Three1-month-oldpupswereoronasallygivenfieldisolatesofBCoV,andwerekepttogetherwith2controlanimals.Asaresult,increasesinBCoV-neutralizingantibodytiterswereconfirmedinallpupsinthechalle
4、ngedandcontrolgroups.Moreover,thevirusgenewasalsodetectedinoralandrectalswabsbyRT-PCR.TheseresultsindicatethatBCoVinfectsdogs,andeasilyinfectsotherdogsthatarekepttogether.However,noclinicalsymptomssuchasrespiratorysymptomsanddiarrheawereobserved.KEYWORDS:BCoV,Coronavirus,CRCoV.J.Vet.Med.Sci.69(3):
