1、非小细胞肺癌吉西他滨联合顺钳治疗效果观察⑴非小细胞肺癌吉西他滨联合顺钳治疗效果观察摘要：目的：观察吉西他滨联合顺钳治疗非小细胞肺癌(NomsmallCellLungCancer)的临床效果。方法:将114例NSCLC患者随机分为观察组(N=52)和对照组(N二52),观察组给予吉西他滨联合顺钳治疗方案，对照组给予多西他赛联合顺釦治疗方案，观察两组患者的临床有效率和不良反应的发生情况。结果：观察组总有效率(47.4%)与对照组总有效率(43.9%)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；两组患者血红蛋白下降(54.4%vs50.

2、8%)、肾功能异常(21.1%vs24.6%)>恶心呕吐(47.4%vs49.1%)>腹泻(8.8%vs5.3%)的发生率之间的差异无统计学意义(P>O.O5)；观察组肌肉酸痛10.5%、白细胞下降57.9%、肝功能异常15.8%的发生率均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义,P<0.05；皮疹43.9%、血小板下降49.1%的发生率显著高于对照组，P<0.05o结论：吉西他滨联合顺钳是治疗非小细胞肺癌的冇效方法，与多西他赛联合治疗NSCLC的临床效果相似，且吉西他滨联合顺钳治疗的患者不良反应较轻，临床上值得推广
