2、黄酮提取工艺条件为提取时间93min、提取温度81℃、料液质量浓度0.05g/mL、提取次数4次,在此条件下实测桑叶多糖和黄酮的提取得率分别为15.574%、2.693%;优化后的桑叶生物碱提取工艺条件为提取时间142min、料液质量浓度0.04g/mL、乙醇体积分数26.0%、提取次数3次,在此条件下实测桑叶生物碱的提取得率为0.398%。建立的回归模型拟合性好,可用于预测桑叶活性物质提取得率。关键词桑叶;多糖;黄酮;生物碱;工艺条件;响应面法中图分类号S888;S886.9;R284.2文献标识码B文章编号0257-4799(2013)03-0568-08P
