1、局部晚期鼻咽癌TP方案诱导化疗及同期放化疗初步观察【摘要】目的：观察局部晚期鼻咽癌诱导化疗及不同化疗方案的依从性及不良反应。方法：将60例局部晚期鼻咽癌患者按照随机数字表法分为A、B、C三组，A组TP诱导化疗+同期顺钳放化疗，B组顺钳同期放化疗，C组TP同期放化疗。放疗为调强放疗，GTVnx68〜72Gy,GTVnd65〜70Gy。观察三组治疗依从性及不良反应情况。结果：三组完成化疗数比例分别为80.0%>95.0%、90.0%,放疗全部足量完成，依从性均好，最常见反应为胃肠道反应、口咽黏膜炎、骨髓抑制、皮肤损伤，三组比较差异均无统计学意义(P
