1、十一医药垂千詈2014年9月第4卷第17期·I床研究·局部晚期鼻Ⅱ因癌同期放化疗及辅助化疗的临床分析田伟成延玲黄巍吉林省肿瘤医院放疗二科，吉林长春130012【摘要】目的探讨局部晚期鼻咽癌患者实施同期放化疗联合辅助化疗的临床疗效。方法选取2010年1月一2012年6月我院收治的80例局部晚期鼻咽癌患者为研究对象，随机分成两组，观察组与对照组，每组各40例。对照组患者给予同期放化疗，观察组患者在对照组的基础上实施辅助化疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效和生存情况。结果观察组患者临床治疗的总有效率为75．0％，较

2、对照组患者40％有明显提高；观察组患者2年生存率为70％，无瘤生存率为65．0％，均较对照组有明显提高，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0．05o结论局部晚期鼻咽癌患者实施同期放化疗联合辅助化疗不仅可以明显提高患者治疗的有效率，延长患者的生存时间，改善患者的生存质量，临床疗效显著，是治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌安全、有效的方案，值得在临床推广。[关键词】局部晚期鼻咽癌；同期放化疗；辅助化疗；临床疗效【中图分类号】R739．6f文献标识码】B【文章编号】2095—0616(2014)17—185一O3Clinica
