2、infectiousbronchitisvirus(IB1I)isper.formedwithvaccinesthatcontainseverallife-attenuatedvirusstrains.Thesehighlyeffectivevaccinesmaycreateidealconditionsforrecombination,andcouldthereforebedangerousinthelongterm.Thispaperaddressesthequestionofthefrequencyofrecombinationofav

3、iancoronavirusIBVinthefield.Amethodwassoughttodetectandquantifyrecombinationfromsequencedata.NucleotidesequencesofeightIBVisolatesinaregionofthegenomesuspectedtocontainrecombination,werealignedandcompared.Phylogenetictreeswereconstructedfordifferentsectionsofthisregion.Diff
