1、心理干预联合饮食护理在妊娠剧吐治疗中的效果观察【摘要】目的：观察心理干预联合饮食护理在妊娠剧吐治疗中的效果。方法：选取笔者所在医院收治的妊娠剧叶患者24例，按照数字随机法随机分成观察组和对照组，各12例。对照组采取饮食护理，观察组在此基础上采取心理干预，比较两组临床效果。结果：观察组第3天总缓解率为83.33%,对照组第3天总缓解率58.33%,观察组第3天总缓解率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。观察组第6天总缓解率91.67%,对照组第6天总缓解率66.67%,观察组第6天总缓解率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P〈0.
