1、·麻醉与镇痛·2012年2月第9卷第6期不同浓度罗哌卡因等比重腰麻在剖宫产手术中的效果比较崔志坚’王秀菊张晓哲丁秀波’1．哈尔滨市第四医院麻醉科，黑龙江哈尔滨150000；2．哈尔滨医科大学附属第四医院门诊部，黑龙江哈尔滨150000f摘要】目的比较不同浓度罗哌卡因等比重腰麻在剖宫产术中的麻醉效果。方法将180例行剖宫产手术孕妇随机分为A组、B组及C组，每组各60例，分别给予0．75％、0．50％和0‘30％的等比重罗哌卡因进行腰麻，比较三组在剖宫产术中的麻醉效果、感觉运动阻滞情况及不良反应发生率。结果A组、B组及C组麻醉优良率分别为91．7％、90．0％和56．7％，A、B

2、组显著优于C组(P<0．O1)，但A、B组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)；A组及B组感觉运动阻滞起效时间、痛觉阻滞时间显著优于C组(P<0．05)，A组及B组无显著差别(P>0．05)；三组感觉阻滞平面比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)；A组、B组及C组不良反应发生率分别为16．6％、15．O％和13．4％，三组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)。结论0．5％罗哌卡因等比重腰麻可满足剖宫产手术的要求，具有麻醉起效时间快、不良反应少的特点。『关键词1剖宫产；罗哌卡因；腰麻【中图分类号1R614．41【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1673-7210(2012)02Ic)
