1、摘要随着我国经济的迅猛发展，快速消费品产业已成为国民经济新的增长点。快速消费品行业属于劳动密集型行业，在劳动力供需矛盾突出和劳动力价格上升的今天，薪酬管理必将成为这类企业生存与发展的关键问题。而且，科学的薪酬管理在人力资源管理体系中对人才的吸引、选拔、激励、发展与留住等方面发挥的作用是最有力而关键的。因此，在薪酬管理实践中，建立科学的薪酬体系，能够最大限度地激励员工，发挥人力资源竞争优势，从而实现企业与员工的利益双赢。本论文以快速消费品企业中的ZFC公司为研究对象，从该公司人力资源管理及薪酬体系现状出发，通过文件资料的收集、访谈法和问卷调查法等诊断
2、方法，诊断出该公司的薪酬体系存在的主要问题：职位工资缺乏付薪依据、局限于经济薪酬等问题。之后，运用总体报酬模型、岗位价值评估模型、精神薪酬等薪酬相关理论，对ZFC公司的薪酬体系进行优化设计，并对新的薪酬体系方案如何在该公司顺利实施提出相应的保障措施。最后对本研究做出结论性评价，提出创新和不足之处。关键词：快速消费品企业；薪酬体系；诊断；优化IAbstractWiththerapiddevelopmentofeconomics,fastmovingconsumergoodsindustryhasbecomeanewgrowthpointofnatio
