1、本文共用四部分对MY公司发展战略进行了研究。第一部分，介绍MY公司的发展现状与存在的问题。本章首先对MY公司的发展历程进行介绍，然后给出公司在发展中存在的主要问题。第二部分，MY公司的内外部环境分析。运用五力模型和SWOT分析思想对公司的内部环境，外部环境，以及原有战略进行分析。第三部分，完善MY公司的战略选择。在第二部分分析的基础上，设计了MY公司战略管理方案,即集中差异化战略。第四部分，MY公司的战略实施与控制。就方案实施需要的控制措施进行了论述。重点通过企业文化建设、公司财务管理、人力资源管理等方面，对公司发展的战略实施与控制提出建议。本文运用相关的分析
