2、Program(EAP)inCoalHSAbstract:Withtheendingofthe“goldendecade”,thecoalindustryexperiencedyearsofrapiddevelopment,hasnowenteredabottleneck,whendevelopmentspaceandgrowthspeedareinconstantdecline,andthemarketbecomesmorecompetitive.Employees’mentalhealthincoalcompaniesisnotoptimistic,andtheygenerallyhave
3、alowevaluationoftheircurrentstateduetothegreatpressurecausedbylifeandworkwhichresultsfromthedecreasingoftheprofitandtheincreasinglyrisingcompetition.TheaimsofEmployeeAssistanceProgram(EAP)areprovidingassistanceforthepsychologicalandbehavioralproblemsoftheemployeesandtheirfamilymembers,soastoremovedi
4、sturbanceandrelievestress,whichtheemployeesworkperformancecanbeimproved,thustheoperatingcostcanbereduced.Iftheemployeeassistanceprogramisappliedinthecoalindustry,toahugeextent,itcansolveemployees’psychologicalproblems,therebyimprovetheirmentalstateandtheirjobenthusiasm,furthermore,enhancetheperforma
5、nceoftheindividualandthewholeteamandhelpthecompanythroughtheeconomicwinter.Basedonacomprehensiveunderstandingoftheresearchsituationontheservicemodel,serviceprocedureandeffectivenessofEAPbothathomeandabroad,thethesisstudyandanalyzesthecurrentsituationofthehumanresourcesincoalHSanditsstaff’spsychologi
6、calproblems,andfindsoutthatthestaffisinneedofEAP;accordingtothereality,itdecidestoadopttheinnermodeltocarryoutEAP.Basedonhumanisticmanagementandstressmanagement,aswellastheserviceprocedureofEAP,thesisdesignssomeparticularplansincludingdesigningdigitalmagazines,carryingouttrainingVseminars,settingupt
