1、中文摘要中文摘要七台河电信公司是中国电信集团公司旗下的一家市级公司。作为本地通信市场的跟随者、挑战者,同时面对经济下行压力,业务发展面临很大压力。为了稳定和扩大用户规模,提升收入份额,争取市场竞争的“话语权”,必须对原有营销策略进行必要的优化和调整。本文通过对电信市场的发展走势、七台河地区行业市场环境以及七台河电信公司营销现状的分析,结合市场营销理论,分析了七台河电信公司目前市场营销工作中存在的问题,从产品、价格、渠道、促销策略等营销组合基本要素出发,以及对微信营销、体验营销、大数据精准营销等热点问题的探索,提出了营销策略优化建议。同时,从机制创新、
