1、摘要摘要资金是企业集团发展运行的“血液”，资金管理又是财务管理的核心，它不仅是企业集团加强内部管理的需要，也是企业集团强化对成员企业管控的需要。集团成员企业由于所处市场条件不同，发展也不平衡，集团内部的资金管理一直都是困扰着各企业集团的一个难题，如何解决企业集团资金管理问题受到企业界广泛关注。本文采用分析比较法、文献研究法和案例分析法等，以L集团为例，研究资金管理模式及其优化问题。本文共五个部分：第一部分为绪论，包括研究背景、意义、方法和思路以及文献综述；第二部分为理论基础，主要有资金管理理论、内部控制理论、内部资本市场理论和产融结合理论；第三部分在梳理资金管理模式的理论基础上，对L集团的资
2、金管理现状进行了描述，深入剖析了L集团资金管理存在的问题及其原因；第四部分针对L集团的资金管理现状提出了较为契合实际的方案，并基于内部控制的思路对模式进行选择和设计，为集团将来可能发生的改进提供合理化建议，使得以后的资金管理模式更加符合企业集团的框架和需要；第五部分阐述了实施L集团资金管理新模式的实施路径和优化措施。本文按照提出问题、分析问题、解决并优化问题的思路进行研究，不同的资金管理模式都有其自身的优势和局限，管理者需要选择更加适合企业自身发展的资金管理模式。本文对L集团提升资金管理水平有较强的针对性，具有较好的借鉴和参考价值。关键词：资金管理模式；企业集团；实施路径；优化IAbstra
