1、CP饲料企业养殖服务模式研究摘要我国养殖服务模式落后情况导致农户经济收入下降、生活贫困、农村环境污染严重等一系列问题。并且，我国养殖服务模式面临科学技术落后、国际市场粮价波动、国际饲料产量迅速增加等严峻挑战。对此，党中央不仅一直将农业中的饲料养殖生产作为工作重中之重，而且高度重视饲料养殖新模式探索。在此背景下，对CP饲料企业养殖服务新模式若干问题进行探讨，致力于我国养殖服务新模式的建设。本研究主要分为三部分。第一部分，绪论。阐述了CP饲料企业养殖服务新模式研究背景、研究目的与意义、国内外研究现状以及对国内外现状评述，研
2、究思路和研究方法。第二部分，首先，描述了CP服务企业现状，介绍CP企业、CP企业服务对象、CP企业现有模式以及存在问题。然后，从宏观与微观环境层面对CP饲料企业服务模式创新进行了SWOT分析。最后，提出猪九保新的养殖模式，介绍了猪九保新模式的内容、概念、运作，并用案例进行简单分析，猪九保新模式给CP企业和客户带来巨大经济效益。第三部分，得出本研究结论。利用品牌优势应对竞争和经济下滑冲击，加强质量安全，注重资源环境问题，加大科研人才以及技术的投入力度，加强企业管理职能，关注公益事业。关键词：CP饲料；服务模式；猪九保AB
