1、小切口手术与传统手术治疗急性阑尾炎疗效比较［摘要］目的探讨小切口手术与传统手术治疗急性阑尾炎临床疗效。方法选择我院2009年2月〜2012年12月就诊的120例急性阑尾炎患者，根据治疗方法分为两组，每组60例，观察组进行小切口阑尾切除术治疗，对照组进行传统阑尾切除术治疗，观察两组患者术中出血量、平均手术时间、住院时间、术后排气时间及并发症情况，并进行比较分析。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量及术后排气时间、术后住院时间，观察组明显均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（卩〈0.05）。观察组术后出现感染3例（5%）、腹腔脓肿3例（5%）,并发症总发生率为10%,并发症总发生率均明显
