2、BanksareeagertoexpandbusinesswiththeSMEs.Ontheotherhand,theloanriskoftheSMEsmakestheBanksbecometimid.Howtorealizethewin-winsituationoftheBanksandthesmallandmicroenterpriseshasbecomeamajorissuefacedbythecurrentcreditmarket.Supplychainfinancingoffersanewwayforthisimportantissue
3、:itbrokesthepastmodeofthinkingtheenterprise’screditstaticallyandtakesthesuppliers,manufacturers,sellersasawhole.Byusingthecreditcapacityofthecoreenterprise,itreleasesthecontradictionofinformationasymmetrybetweencommercialbanksandSMEs.Therefore,thebirthofthesupplychainfinancin
4、gnotonlyhelpstheSMEsreliefthefinancingdilemma,butalsoforhelpthecomericalbanksopensanewbusinessspace.Basedonthis,thepaperclarifiesthedefinitionofSMEsandtheirdifferentcreditcharacteristics,summarizingthecurrentfinancingsituationofSMEsandthebigthree"problem"loansfecebythebanks:t
5、hedifficultyofgatheringinformation,riskingcontrolandcostcontrol.Inthiscase,thepaperelicitstheconceptionof“1+N”suppyhainfinancing.Byintroducingthemainmode,thepaperelaboratesthebasicprincipleofthesupplychainmodeforsolvingtheproblem.Intentstoshowthemodemoreintuitive,thepaperalso
6、makesacaseanalysis.Afterwards,thispaperestablishesagamemodeltoexplicatetheevolutionmechanismofthebanksandSMEs,itisconcludedthatifthepunishmentoftheSMEsishigherthantheprincipalandinterest,thebankwillgraduallyturntothesupplychainmodefromtraditionalmodeandtherepaymentcapacityoft
