3、containingmolecule(TIM)genefamilyisdiscoveredin2001whenMcIntiresearchedforasthmasusceptibilitygenesinthemiceandisidentifiedtobenewgenefamilyaftertheanalysisofthegenomeandcloninglocation.ThegenefamilystructurecontainsimmunoglobulinVandmucinsarea,theproteinofTIMgeneencodedistypeItransmembraneg
4、lycoproteinwithacommonmotif,andthebasicstructureconsistsofasignalpeptide,immunoglobulin,stickyproteinsampleregion,transmembraneregionandphosphorylationsitesintheintracellularregion.TIMgeneislocatedonmicechromosomellbl.landconsistsofeightmembersinmice,encodingTIM-1・TIM-8・HumanTIMgenefamiliesh

6、xpressedonasubsetofCD4*Tcells,onCD8+Tcells,onThl7cellsTregcell,naturalkillercells,dendriticcellsandmonocytes/macrophages,withthedeepeningofthestudy,thegenestructure,biologicalcharacteristicsandroleintheimmuneregulationfunctionaremoreandmoreclear.Atpresent,thestudyofTIM-3intumorimmunemainlyco
