1、8陕西中医2017年1月第38卷第1期血必净注射液对慢性心力衰竭患者血清ET-1、NO水平及心功能的影响宁小康陕西中医药大学附属医院(咸阳712000)摘要目的:观察血必净注射液对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者血清一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素-1(ET-1)、心功能的影响。方法:将124例CHF患者随机分为观察组(n=62例)和对照组(n=62例),对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用血必净注射液治疗,两组均连续治疗4周。检测两组患者治疗前后的血清ET-1、NO水平;记录两组治疗前后心脏超声指标、血清N-末端脑钠肽前体(N
2、T-proBNP)水平,6min步行试验(6MWT)。结果:两组患者治疗后的血清ET-1水平显著降低,NO水平升高(P<0.05),观察组上述指标改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后的LVEF、E/A、6MWT距离显著增高,观察组上述指标改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:血必净注射液能够显著提高CHF患者血清NO水平、降低ET-1水平,改善血管内皮细胞功能,进而提高患者心功能,增强活动耐力,临床疗效值得肯定。主题词心力衰竭/中西医结合疗法@血必净注射液中图分类号:R541.61文献标识码:ADOI:10.396
