5、deficiencyinmaleWistarratswasestablishedsuccessfullybythemethodofmulti-elementarydamages,suchasactiveimmunity,sodiumdeoxychlateandcoldbileandirregularfeedingwereadministered,thepreventivenexperimewascarriedoutsimultareously.Onthe50thday,allanimalswerek
6、illed,andgastricmucosawereobserved.RESULTSThepreventiveandtherapeuticeffectinGroupAwasbetterthaninGroupB.ThetotaleffectivenessrateofGroupAwas96.7%,andGroupB75.8%,differencebeingsignificant(P<0.05).Bettereffectswerealsoachievedinrelievingsymptoms,reduci
7、ngactiveinflammationofgastricmucosa,andrecoveringtheadrenocosticalfunctioningroupAthaningroupB.CONCLUSIONWASChadpreventiveandtherapeuticeffectforchronicatrophicgastritis.中国图书资料分类号R573.32摘要目的研究中药胃安素对慢性萎缩性胃炎及癌前病变的防治作用.方法临床研究，以市售维腮素为对照药，采用随机双盲法，共观察慢性萎缩性胃炎
8、60例，通过内镜观察、胃粘膜病理检查及对尿17-拜、血流变、血淸Hp抗体、胃粘膜尿素酶、SOD筹指标的检测，观察屮药胃安索对慢性萎缩性胃炎及胃癌前病变的治疗作用.实验研究，釆用2月龄Wistar大鼠，以主动免疫、去氧胆酸钠白由饮用、寒凉胆汁灌胃、饥饱失常的综合法，造成萎缩性円炎屮医辩证为脾肾两虚型动物模型，造模同时进行预防实验.造模成功后进行治疗实验，50d后处死动物，进行円粘膜病理检查及各项相关指标的检测(对照跖为三九胃泰和维酶素).结果临床研究结果显示，胃安素及维
