1、放化综合治疗局部晚期鼻卩癌临床观察放化综合治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌临床观察【中图分类号】R7396【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1185-1672(2006)-08-0718-02摘要目的研究放化综合治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌的疗效及不良反应。方法对45例III〜IV❷A期鼻咽癌行诱导化疗配合放疗加辅助化疗(放化组)，选取同期在本院行单纯放疗的47例III〜IV❷A期鼻咽癌作为对照(单放组)。结果放化组和单放组5年生存率各为533%、426%；鼻咽局控率各为889%、809%；颈部局控率各为867%、723%；远

2、处转移发生率各为222%、341%；两组比较无显著性差异(P>005)oN❷2期放化组和单放组5年生存率各为667%、387%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<005)。两组急性放疗反应和晚期放射损伤均无明显差异。结论综合治疗未明显提高III〜IV❷A期鼻咽癌的5年生存率，但提高了其中N❷2期的5年生存率。关键词鼻咽癌；诱导化疗；辅助化疗；放疗Clinicalstudyonlocoregionallyadvancednasopharyngealcarcinomatreatedbychemotherapy
