1、奥曲肽联合泮托拉瞠治疗上消化道大出血疗效研究［摘要］目的探讨奥曲肽联合泮托拉哩治疗上消化道大出血的疗效。方法选择76例上消化道大出血病例，随机分两组，治疗组38例，对照组38例。治疗组采用除常规的抗休克、扩容、泮托拉瞠抑酸、止血、输血、上氧、监测生命体征，记24小时出入量，综合治疗外，先皮下注射奥曲肽0.1mg,继而用5%葡萄糖250ml加奥曲肽0・3mg,小剂量持续静滴，24小时总量0・6mg,连续使用5-7天。对照组采用常规的抗休克、扩容、泮托拉哩抑酸、止血、输血、上氧、监测生命体征，记24小时出入量，综合治疗。结果治疗组：显效率65.8%,有效率31.6%,无效为2
2、.6%,总有效率：97.4%,有效病例于仁3天后开始进流质饮食住命体征平稳，精神状态逐渐好转。对照组：显效率52.6%，有效率23.7%,无效为23.7%,总有效率：76.3%o结论在消化道大出血使用奥曲肽联合泮托拉哩治疗疗效显著，两药联合应用，可产生协同作用，从而使出血得到迅速控制，值得临床推广使用。［关键词］奥曲肽；泮托拉瞠；上消化道出血［中图分类号］R573.2［文献标识码］A［文章编号］1005-0515(2011)-04-09-01TheAnalysisontheApplicationofOctreotidewithPantoprazoleInHemorrhag
