1、卷曲霉索静脉滴注治疗耐约肺结核的临床分析【关键词】肺结核摘要:目的:观察和分析卷曲霉素静脉滴注治疗耐药肺结核的疗效。方法:対选入2002年3月至2005年3月期间收治资料完整的102例耐药肺结核病例,分为治疗组62例,对照组40例。治疗组应用含卷曲密索静脉滴注联合抗结核化学药物持续治疗一年。对照组不含卷曲霉素静脉滴注的抗结核化学药物。两组抗结核药物组成相同。结杲:两组病例疗程结束吋:痰结核菌转阴率,治疗组涂(・)培(-)87.09%(54/62),对照组涂(・)培(-)67.5%(27/40)(Pv0.05);肺部病灶
2、空洞变化情况,治疗组空洞转阴率90.63%(29/32),对照组空洞转阴率66.67%(12/18)(PvO.Ol);肺部病灶变化情况,治疗组病灶吸收好转率93.55%(58/62),对照组病灶吸收好转率85%(34/40)(P<0.05)o结论:卷曲密素静脉滴注联合抗结核化学药物治疗耐药帅结核疗效优于不含卷曲霉素静脉滴注的抗结核化学药物。尤其对耐药性肺结核的治疗取得了较好的疗效。关键词:肺结核;耐药;卷曲霉素静脉滴ClinicalAnalysistheTreatmentforDrug-tolerantPulmonar
