1、西北大学硕士学位论文绩效考核体系研究摘要作为人力资源管理中最重要的环节之一，绩效考核在帮助企业实现战略H标中起着举足轻重的作用。绩效评价方法有很多种，分别适合不同特点的企业和不同类型的员工。企业针对自身特点选择或开发有效的绩效评价体系对于吸引人才、留住人才、培养人才、利用人才和激励员工，提高企业经济效益和竞争优势至关匣要。特别是那些正处于快速发展时期的企业，选择或开发适合自己公司的考核方式更是显得尤为迫切。木文以石甯店矿业为企业背景，首先介绍了研究的背景、国内外研究现状和木文研究思路。然后从绩效
2、考核体系设计的和关基础理论入手，对石窑店矿业的管理模式、人力资源状况、实际运营情况和公司原有绩效状况进行•了深入研究，分析了石窑店矿业绩效考核的现状及所存在的问题。针对石窑店矿业在绩效考核方面的主要问题，本文运用绩效考核的先进理论和方法，寻找出一种与石窑店矿业实际结合非常适当的考核方法，并由此设计新的绩效考核方案。该考核方案在石窑店矿业得到了初步运行，验证了绩效考核对石窜店矿业发展起到的重要推动作用。关键词：绩效考核绩效管理指标体系目标管理AbstractAsthehumanresourcesm
