1、蒙脱土是层状结构的硅酸盐,即由中心层为铝或氧化镁的八面体,层外为二氧化硅四面体所构成的层状结构所组成。超支化聚合物由于具有独特的结构和性能而成为研究热点之一。本论文成功地合成了超支化有机蒙脱土。结果表明,有机蒙脱土经超支化改性后,呈纳米片层结构,改性后的有机蒙脱土具有较大的层间距。本论文成功地将超支化有机蒙脱土应用到天然橡胶中,提高了橡胶的物理机械性能。实验结果表明,加入4份超支化蒙脱土的天然橡胶可以取代40份炭黑所带来的补强效果。加入超支化蒙脱土后,天然橡胶所表现出的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和300%定伸强度得到提高。热
