5、ectofdrugabuseonanindividual(Golembiewski,1993).However,itlackeddefinitionalclarityuntilthedevelopmentofawidelyacceptedinstrument方法foritsmeasurement,theMaslachburnoutinventory.MaslachandJackson(1981)definedburnoutasaconditioncharacterizedbyemotionalexhaustion,depersonalizationandlossofasenseofperso
