1、股骨颈骨折的术后临床效果分析【摘要】目的：分析股骨颈骨折的临床治疗方案及相应的术后临床效果。方法:选取本院骨科2012年3月-2013年3月收治的264例老年股骨颈骨折患者，按照随机数字表法将其分为治疗组和对照组各132例。治疗组采用人工髏关节置换术进行治疗，对照组采用传统内固定术式进行治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效、术后住院时间和术后并发症发生率，并对术后人工豔关节置换翻修的原因进行分析，探讨相关的翻修技术。结果：治疗组的治疗总有效率100%明显优于对照组的84.8%,且治疗组的术后住院时间明显短于对照组，并发症发生率明显低于对照组，比较差异均有统

2、计学意义(P<0.05)；关于人工置换的競关节翻修的原因，放在首位的是假体松动、假体周用发生骨溶解，其次是人工股骨头引起的髓臼磨损，此外尚有手术操作失误、术后感染等原因。结论：人工骯关节置换术对老年股骨颈骨折临床治疗效果显著，且术后并发症少，有效缩短患者的住院时间。在进行翻修术的过程中，应当合理的选择髓臼的修复、重建方法，但最重要的是保证初次手术的质量。【关键词】人工豔关节置换术；老年股骨颈骨折；临床效果TheClinicalTreatmentEffectofFemoralNeckFracturePostoperative/QUQiang・//Me
