6、apital,institutionalizedformsofculturalcapitalandSymbolicformsofculturalcapital.Internalizedformsofculturalcapitalincludestheprofessionalknowledgeandskills,therulesofanindustryandtheprofessionalism.Institutionalizedformsofculturalcapitalincludescertificateandqualifications.Symbolicforms

7、ofculturalcapitalincludesthepastjobperformance,thebandofpastjobandtheinfluenceofage.Theseculturalcapitalarethedecisivefactorsfortheirupwardsjob-hopping.Inthesametime,ithelpstoseizetheopportunitiesinthejob-hoppingoftheyoungwhite-collarworkers.Intheculturalcapital,themethodthatth
