1、多层螺旋CT检查在窦口鼻道复合体变异与鼻窦炎性疾病相关性研究中的价值225200虞雪梅江苏省江都市中I矢院影像科(江苏扬州)[摘要]日的:探讨多层螺旋CT检查在窦口外道复合体(0MC)变异与昂窦炎性疾病相关性研究中的价值。方法:对65例经昂内镜及多层螺旋CT检查验证副昂窦炎患者的影像图像迓行回顾性分析。结果:65例OMC变异患者经鼻窦冠状位或横断位扫描及高空间分辨率算法成像分析,OMC变异所致的各种鼻窦炎均能淸晰显示。其中,鼻中隔偏曲46例占70.77%;中鼻甲气化4例,占6.15%;中鼻甲反向弯曲5例,占7.69%;Hall气房6例,占9.23%;钩突
2、偏曲、气化或肥人4例,占6.15%。各种变异所致的间隙狭窄61例,占93.85%。各组外窦炎性表现分布:额窦粘膜增厚7例,积液2例,上颌窦积液和(或)粘膜增厚55例;筛窦积液33例,积液31例;其中,36例患者为多个窦腔受侵,占55.38%。结论:各种形式的OMC变界均能导致程度不同的副鼻窦炎性改变,多层螺旋CT检杳能淸晰显小•各种变异的形态和特征,为功能性鼻内镜手术治疗具有积极的指导价值。[关键词]多层螺旋CT;副鼻窦炎;窦口鼻道复合体;变异ThevalueofmultisliceCTintheOMCVariationsinusitisdiseaseY
