1、胆石性肠梗阻CT诊断及临床意义作者：吴智玲胡少平尹定尧敖正杰王国蓉【摘要】目的探讨胆石性肠梗阻的CT诊断价值及其临床意义。方法回顾性分析2003年1月〜2009年5月期间经手术证实的21例胆石性肠梗阻患者的临床及CT检查资料.结果胆石性肠梗阻的CT征象表现为肠梗阻、异位结石、胆系积气，此外还可见胆曩变形、直接或间接显示胆肠痿道及并发症征象。合并肠套叠时可见“同心圆”征象。结论胆石性肠梗阻具有较为特征性的CT表现，CT诊断准确性高，“同心圆”征象是胆石性肠梗阻合并肠套叠的特征性征象。CT能确定异位胆石的存
