1、XX大学毕业论文抑癌基因PTEN在急性白血病发病中临床意义的探讨姓名:2014年6月25日作者:李静,殷献录,刘桂玲,姚伟,王景【摘要】目的:研究抑癌基因PTEN在恶性血液病中的表达情况,探讨其与急性白血病(AL)的相关性。方法:选取恶性血液病74例[AL35例,骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)20例,慢性粒细胞口血病(CML)13例,骨髓增殖性疾病(MPD)6例]。另取非恶性血液病24例及正常骨髓10例作为对照。采用SP免疫组织化学检测骨髓单个核细胞中的PTEN表达情况,同时分析PTEN与临床指标的相
2、关性,并对疾病转归进行跟踪随访。结果:PTEN阳性表达率在对照组中非恶性血液病患者(83.33%)低于正常人(90.0%),但差界无统计学意义(P0.05),恶性血液病AL组(57.14%)与对照组差异有显著性(P0.05);AL完全缓解(ALCR)ffl(63.16%)与对照组差异有显著性(0.05P0.01),AL初治组(55.17%)与ALCR组无显著差异(P0.05),MDS组难治性贫血伴原始细胞增多(MDSRAEB)为53.33%,CML组为53.85%。MDSRAEB组和CML组与对照组
3、相比均冇显著性差异(均P0.05),但与AL初治组相比差异无显著性(P0.05)。PTEN低表达与外周血屮白细胞计数及发病时骨髓中原始细胞比例有一定相关性(00.50),与MDSRAEB转化AL、慢性粒细胞白血病急性变(CMLAL)呈正相关性(00.53)。结论:AL存在PTEN表达异常,PTEN与AL的发病可能有一定的关系,提示PTEN在AL的发病中有一定意义。【关键词】抑癌基因PTEN;PTEN蛋口;急性口血病[Abstract]Objective:Toinvestigatetheexpress
