2、icAgents胆汁酸鳌合剂：考来烯胺：多价螯合肠内胆酸，促肝内胆固醇转化成为胆酸，从而降血浆胆固醇量。用于Ⅱa型。不良反应。烟酸类：烟酸：降低血浆VLDL及LDL的产生。主要因抑制脂肪分解的作用。用于Ⅲ，Ⅳ，Ⅴ型高脂蛋白血症，不良反应。阿昔莫司的特点。AntihyperlipidemicAgents苯氧酸类：氯贝丁酯，吉非贝齐，苯扎贝特等：降低极低密度脂蛋白及甘油三酯含量，也略降胆固醇量，并抑制血小板聚集，主要用于Ⅲ，Ⅳ，Ⅱb型高脂蛋白血症，不良反应。其他抗动脉粥样硬化药：抗氧化药，多烯脂肪酸类，保护动脉内皮药的作用和应
