1、抗高脂血症药AntihyperlipidemicAgents南开大学医学院张京玲王侃AntihyperlipidemicAgents目的:掌握HMG-CoA还原酶抑制剂,胆汁酸鳌合剂,烟酸类,苯氧酸类的作用特点,机制和临床应用,了解其他抗动脉粥样硬化药的作用特点和应用。AntihyperlipidemicAgents内容:复习血浆脂蛋白的种类及高脂蛋白血症的分型。降血脂药对冠心病的防治效果的正确评价。HMG-CoA还原酶抑制剂:洛伐他汀,辛伐他汀等他汀类药物的作用,降脂机制,应用和不良反应。Antihyperlipidem
2、icAgents胆汁酸鳌合剂:考来烯胺:多价螯合肠内胆酸,促肝内胆固醇转化成为胆酸,从而降血浆胆固醇量。用于Ⅱa型。不良反应。烟酸类:烟酸:降低血浆VLDL及LDL的产生。主要因抑制脂肪分解的作用。用于Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ型高脂蛋白血症,不良反应。阿昔莫司的特点。AntihyperlipidemicAgents苯氧酸类:氯贝丁酯,吉非贝齐,苯扎贝特等:降低极低密度脂蛋白及甘油三酯含量,也略降胆固醇量,并抑制血小板聚集,主要用于Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅱb型高脂蛋白血症,不良反应。其他抗动脉粥样硬化药:抗氧化药,多烯脂肪酸类,保护动脉内皮药的作用和应
