1、女性不孕促排卵治疗的临床分析［摘耍］冃的为了更好地治疗女性排卵障碍性不孕，提高不孕症的治愈率，我们对妇科内分泌疾病造成排卵障碍的不孕患者进行了针对性的治疗。方法收集2006年1月〜2008年12月來我院不孕症门诊就诊的女性不孕症患者，针对多囊卵巢综合症(PCOS)、高泌乳素血症、子宫内膜异位症和不明原因的排卵障碍进行和应的内分泌治疗后，给予氯米芬加绒促性素或尿促性素加绒促性素促排卵治疗，同时阴超监测排卵。观察治疗后的妊娠率、卵巢过激发牛率(01ISS)及多胎妊娠发牛情况。结果①使用促排卵治疗患者的妊娠率显著高于未使用促排卵治疗的患者；②明确病因、采取针对
2、性内分泌治疗病例的妊娠率，高于不明病因的病例20个百分点；③在内分泌调节治疗后，期待自然妊娠的病例中，了宫内膜异位症患者的妊娠率较其他几组偏低；④PCOS患者促排卵治疗易发生卵巢过激，妊娠率和多胎妊娠率明显增高。结论各种女性内分泌疾病造成的排卵障碍，通过针对性治疗后，可明显提高妊娠率。［关键词］不孕症；排卵障碍；促排卵治疗［中图分类号］R711.6E文献标识码］B［文章编号］1673-9701(2011)20-33-02EffectsofOvulationTnductionTreatmentonFemateInfertilityWANGCaihongTi
