1、·200·空军医学杂志2011年12月第27卷第4期MedicalJournalofAirForce，Vol.27，No.4，December，2011糖尿病患者足部护理知识与行为的调查分析田　鑫，东文霞[摘要]目的调查糖尿病患者足部预防护理知识与行为状况。方法采用自设问卷，对98例糖尿病患者进行问卷调查，问卷内容包括：糖尿病足相关知识、糖尿病足危险因素、足部护理情况。结果糖尿病患者糖尿病足基本认识、足部保护知识、正确的穿鞋袜知识、正确的修剪指甲知识等较差。65.3%的患者不知道糖尿病足的临床表现，64.3%的患者不知道糖尿病足的发生原因、发病机制，只

2、有14.3%的患者知道2~3个月监测一次糖化血红蛋白，而且保持在正常范围。能够做到每年进行全面足部检查的患者只占20.4%。大部分患者缺乏足部预防护理知识，能做到每天泡脚后检查双脚的患者只占41.8%、每天泡脚后按摩双脚的患者只占40.8%，22.4%的患者每天泡脚后涂润肤霜。结论医护人员应加强对糖尿病患者糖尿病足知识的健康教育，减少相关的危险因素，使其建立健康的足部护理行为，减少糖尿病足的发生。[关键词]糖尿病足；自我护理；疾病影响状态调查[中图分类号]R587．1；R195[文献标识码]A[文章编号]2095-3402（2011）04-200-04
