1、南京航空航天大学硕士学位论我国民办高校绩效评价研究姓名：胡文燕中请学位级别：硕士专业：管理科学与工程指导教师：仇冬芳20081201摘要屮国民办教育经过十多年的快速发展，已经成为我国教育事业的重要组成部分，蓬勃发展的一千多所民办高校构成了中国高等教育中的一道绚丽风景。但是，目前我国对民办高校的绩效评价研究还不够系统和深入，常常套用公办高校的评价指标体系和方法，这种做法不利于民办高等教育朝着多样化和提高质量的方向发展。所以，针对我国民办高校的现状，必须制定符合当前民办高校的特点与实际情况，能对民办院校起鼓励、促进作用，并有助于其把握大方向的绩效评价指标体系和方法。本文首先系统阐述我国高等教育

2、的相关理论、民办高校的概念和性质以及绩效评价的相关概念和理论；并在分析民办高校绩效评价必要性和可行性的基础上，设计了基于高校教育绩效、经营绩效和管理绩效的、体现民办高校公益性和民刃、性双重特征的绩效评价要素模型；然后运用文献研究法、问卷调查法、模型分析法，建立了民办高校绩效评价体系，提出了高校绩效评价的内容、指标和评价方法；最后选择某民办高校进行了实证分析。关键词：民办高校，绩效评价，社会效益、经济效益ABSTRACTWiththerapiddevelopmentinthepastdecade,privateeducationhasprogressivelyplayedanimportan
